Infinity Crafts is a small family run business, but with massive Customer Service experience and values.
Here are the answers to a few questions you may have:
- What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal Order. Paypal is preferred, as it is safe and we can process your order immediately. Payment by any other method will need to clear our bank before we will dispatch. If you wish to send us payment by post (please do not send cash), our address is:

- How much is Postage & Packaging?
For orders under £30, we charge £3.00 per order. For orders over £30, we offer FREE delivery. We do not make a profit from P&P, and want to ensure that your products arrive to you safely. We always obtain a Certificate of Postage. As per Royal Mails terms and conditions, we are unable to investigate or assist with a claim until after 15 days has passed.
Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day is also available at a base of rate of £5.50 + 20p per item, please select this option at the checkout.
- How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders will be dispatched at the very lastest next working day, subject to stock levels, and where possible, orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched same day. If you require an urgent order, please call before you place your order and we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible.
- Where is my order?
We will email you when your order has been dispatched. If Special Delivery has been paid for, then we will provide the tracking number. Royal Mail aims to deliver first class post next day, however this is not guaranteed and can take longer.
